Economic Mobility & Social Stability

A sustainable, cross-sector network spanning academia, healthcare, and community institutions to pilot and scale accessible programs and resources that improve educational attainment, strengthen workforce participation, and expand cultural exposure—equipping individuals with the skills, confidence, and social capital to thrive independently as engaged citizens and workers.

3E Programs

This hub develops and coordinates programs that prepare students and young adults (K-12 up to age 25) for academic achievement, postsecondary success, and workforce participation in a rapidly changing global economy. It advances educational equity by expanding access to high-quality instruction, academic support, career exploration, and leadership development.

Through structured mentoring, college- and career-readiness programming, experiential learning opportunities, and global and community-based exposure, this program equips participants with the academic skills, professional competencies, and social capital needed to compete and lead in diverse environments.

Financial Literacy

This program provides a practical curriculum that connects financial literacy and preventive healthcare to support long-term economic stability and personal well-being among students and young adults. Participants learn to manage income, expenses, real estate, and savings, and to make informed, cost-effective health and financial decisions.

Through online modules and learning, the program builds confidence, reduces financial and health-related risks, and strengthens participants’ capacity for economic security and healthy living.

Pre-College Programming

This program prepares students for postsecondary success through academic enrichment, college readiness, standardized test preparation (SAT/ACT), and early career exploration. It identifies high-demand careers and degree pathways where marginalized populations are underrepresented and provides targeted support to address access, awareness, and preparation gaps.

Through mentoring, academic coaching, exposure experiences, and application guidance, the program strengthens college access, persistence, career alignment, and equitable participation in competitive fields.

Career Pathway Training

This program prepares students and young adults for upward economic mobility through industry-aligned training, credential attainment, and workforce readiness. It connects participants to high-demand career pathways that offer living wages, advancement opportunities, and long-term financial stability.

Through skills-based instruction, employer partnerships, paid work experience, and career coaching, the program strengthens job placement, retention, and career progression, helping participants build sustainable livelihoods and break cycles of economic disadvantage.

Diplomacy Program

This program expands researchers' and practitioners’ global awareness, leadership capacity, and cross-cultural competence through immersive, experiential learning that examines how countries address major social issues—especially education and healthcare—within their own contexts and in the U.S. context.

Through cultural exchange, guided travel, community-based immersion, and institutional partnerships, participants compare policies, systems, and lived experiences across settings to better what works, why, and for whom.

Through facilitated dialogue and reflective practice, the program strengthens communication skills, civic responsibility, and professional readiness—equipping participants to lead in diverse environments and apply global lessons to local challenges.
